Ben oversees the financial and operational backbone of Forest Living, including leasing, renewals, collections, accounting, and reporting. As Managing Partner, he ensures the business runs smoothly day to day, while also contributing to strategic decisions that drive long-term growth and performance.
Ben leads deal sourcing for Forest Living, playing a central role in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities. At the same time, he remains deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the portfolio. He is on-site nearly every day, making key decisions in the field to ensure that each property is operating at its highest potential.
Aron manages on-site operations across our North Jersey portfolio, including construction, tenant coordination, and day-to-day property performance. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong connection to residents, he ensures our communities run smoothly and efficiently.
